This was a project commissioned by The Museum of Our Industrial Heritage. The job was to reproduce forged drive shaft arms as part of a restoration of a miniature multi-machining setup that was in the 1929 Goodell Pratt Co. catalogue (absorbed one year later into Millers Falls Co.). As far as we know this is a one of a kind fully functional piece including the only known mill included in the original set. The original instruction manual called for “your local blacksmith to forge the shaft arms”. The machining aspect of the work was completed by Jim Terapane- president of the museum.
